Amazing food, nice and clean. good place to come

Best price there is for quality Vietnamese food and service! The taro jelly boba was not too sweet , reaaallly refreshing with the spicy steak pho. Despite it being pretty busy it was so nice and quiet, and Skyler was so nice! Definitely coming back again

Now, I don’t pretend to know everything about Vietnamese food, but I do know when a bowl of pho makes you want to sit back, loosen your belt a notch, and thank the good Lord you showed up hungry. That’s exactly what happened to me over at Vietnamese Cuisine in Fairhope. I ordered the pho dac biet, which for those not fluent in soup, is basically the Cadillac of pho: brisket, steak, flank, meatballs, and, in traditional places, some adventurous bits like tendon and tripe. Now, they didn’t have the tendon and tripe, and while part of me felt like I was missing out on earning some sort of culinary merit badge, I have to say — the brisket, steak, flank, and meatballs were so good, I didn’t miss ’em for long. The broth is where a lesser pho falls apart, but not here. Lord, that broth was something else — rich and deep with that unmistakable bone marrow goodness, and just enough star anise and cinnamon to remind you that somebody’s grandmother had been whispering secrets into the stock pot. It had the kind of flavor that settles into your bones and makes you feel a little bit smarter just for ordering it. Fairhope might be a long way from Saigon, but if you’re in town and need something that’ll stick to your ribs in the best possible way, Vietnamese Cuisine ought to be your first stop. Maybe your second too, if you’re lucky.

Love their Steak Pho, great flavor and portion! Add some chili oil, lime, mint, Sriracha, and bean sprouts - Delicious! Only thing I would like to see is maybe an egg noodle option, they only have rice noodles now.

Here’s my review of Vietnamese Cuisine in Fairhope.... I’ve never seen my husband do this... that is all... but really we couldn’t bring ourselves to make the hour drive to Pensacola to our favorite pho restaurant and we remembered at the last minute about Vietnamese Cuisine, so off we went when we got there we were greeted by the friendly waitress (I hate that I didn’t catch her name) the restaurant was clean and I loved these super cute lights! We ordered what we would normally order at a pho place, I got the EXTRA LARGE bowl (cuz I love leftovers) and he got the normal size the BROTH WAS AMAZING and our meats were flavorful. We will definitely be back!

I’ve been searching for a restaurant for 3 years in the Baldwin County area that has delicious pho soup. Coming here, I found it! The atmosphere was calming, the customer service was amazing, and the food was superb. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Anyone who’s thinking about trying this location, just know that it is worth it!

Absolutely delicious Vietnamese cuisine. Every time we visit we're left full and happy. The food has robust flavors and is very generously portioned. I highly recommend this place. The pho is the best in the area by far. And I know there's not much competition for that spot, but the pho here is legit. Also the spring rolls! Wow! Give them a try!
